The goal, she said, is to build a place that "feels like home." According to the outlet, the grand opening is set for July 31 and will feature a performance by Mariachi Los Camperos as part of the celebration.

The restaurant’s route through City Hall is on the books. A public hearing notice from the City of Glendora details a Conditional Use Permit request to allow on-site alcohol sales at 147 N. Glendora Ave. The Glendora Planning Commission later signed off on the permit, recorded as PLN24-0047, according to the Glendora Planning Commission packet, which notes the application as approved.

Ramos told What Now Los Angeles that the Glendora restaurant is "our baby" and that the team has "big goals" to grow across Southern California, with Glendora set as the brand’s launchpad.
