According to FOX45, Baltimore Police Special Investigation detectives released a photo connected to the case and urged anyone with information to contact investigators at 410-361-9928, Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP, or call 911. The station reported that the image was provided by the Baltimore Police Department and circulated to local media as part of the appeal for tips.
Where Police Say It Happened
Investigators say the incident took place near the Hanover Street Bridge along the south Baltimore waterfront. The department has not identified the suspect or provided any possible motive. Public bulletins from the department show that officers routinely share suspect photos and direct tipsters to Metro Crime Stoppers to generate anonymous leads, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
