Orchard Town Center in Westminster is getting a serious upgrade in the treats-and-meats department, with three new arrivals on the way: MilkShake Factory, Taiwanese tea shop CHICHA San Chen, and Brazilian steakhouse Texas de Brazil. The open-air center on Denver's north side is padding its dining lineup with desserts, bubble tea, and a full-on steakhouse experience, giving nearby shoppers more reasons to linger after a Target run.
As reported by the Denver Business Journal, the fresh leases bring in a milkshake chain, a Taiwanese tea concept, and a Brazilian steakhouse, a mix that matches the tenants now listed on the center's official pages.
What's joining the center
The Orchard's own tenant pages list MilkShake Factory as "Coming soon" and note that CHICHA San Chen is opening its first tea shop in Colorado. Those listings line up with the brands highlighted in local leasing coverage and confirm what is headed for the center.
When they'll arrive
Texas de Brazil is also on the Orchard's leasing roster and was previously flagged to arrive in early 2026, according to the Westminster Economic Development office. The Orchard Town Center clocks in at roughly 971,000 square feet as an open-air lifestyle center, managed by Vestar and owned by TriGate Capital, and industry coverage notes that more than 95 percent of the property is leased.
What it means for shoppers
Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said "Our goal is to keep raising the bar for what a lifestyle destination can be," describing a strategy that mixes national brands with experiential dining, per Shopping Center Business. That approach has helped the Orchard maintain steady foot traffic while adding evening and weekend hangout options for surrounding neighborhoods.
