According to investigators, the robbery happened around 7:15 p.m. on June 15, 2025, when a suspect held up a general store on Orlando Street and is accused of using a deadly weapon during the crime. Per Houston Police Robbery, a warrant for Ferguson, numbered 1958184, was filed through the Harris County District Attorney’s Office on Jan. 22, 2026. Houston police list the related case as HPD No. 779518-25, and Ferguson was still at large at the time of the department’s public appeal.
