Why Pursuits Matter In Milwaukee
Pursuits that end in crashes or injuries remain a regular concern in Milwaukee. The City of Milwaukee’s 2025 vehicle-pursuit report logged roughly 970 pursuits last year, with 230 ending in crashes and dozens of injuries. It also found that about a third of those pursuits involved vehicles positively identified as stolen, according to the City of Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission report.
