As reported by the Detroit Free Press, owner Tony Moscone said the course is being kept open "week to week" and urged players to "get in for a round by Sunday, because if you wait til Monday, it might be too late." Staff is already preparing to wind down operations as the property shifts toward redevelopment.
Planned Subdivision Wins Preliminary Approval
Lyon Township records show the land that holds Cattails has a preliminary planned-development review on file for a project called Cattails Cove, which sketches out roughly 127 homes on about 160 acres.
