According to the Jacksonville Business Journal, SoFresh plans to take space in the Marketplace at Nocatee and is aiming for a later-summer opening. The outlet notes that there is no firm calendar date yet for either a soft opening or a grand opening.
Permit records reviewed by the Jacksonville Daily Record show SoFresh has filed for a 1,373-square-foot build-out at 75 Irondale Road, Unit 105, with an estimated project cost of roughly $374,734. The application identifies the unit as one of about a dozen potential storefronts lining the new Publix in the Marketplace at Nocatee.
SoFresh's website already lists the Nocatee address at 75 Irondale Road, Suite 105 as “coming soon” and shows existing Northeast Florida locations in Durbin Park and Ortega Park. The chain’s menu centers on bowls, salads, wraps, quesadillas and smoothies, with proteins like chicken, salmon and ahi tuna and sauces the company says are made in house.
