The filing describes the work as a remodel of an existing building into a Taco Bell, gives the building size as 2,887 square feet and sets the estimated construction cost at $800,000.
The project entry also names Whitestone JES LLC as the owner, Dwayne Kostiha as the tenant and Hoover & Associates as the design firm. The work is noted as being privately funded by the tenant, rather than through public dollars.
