A Carrboro man is behind bars in Orange County after deputies arrested him Tuesday on a slate of felony charges tied to alleged sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the sheriff's office. Michael Robert Westendorf, 42, was taken into custody in Hillsborough and is charged with six counts of second-degree sexual exploitation and four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation, the agency said.
