The 2022 Homicide
The city's Homicide Case Review Unit lists the victim as 40-year-old Anthony David Wagner, who was found on February 18, 2022, in the 100 block of Midland Avenue. Officers discovered Wagner suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the City of Columbus Homicide Case Review Unit. Investigators say Albert is known to frequent the Broad Meadows Boulevard area in north Columbus and again stress that she is considered armed and dangerous.
