
A 23-year-old man is in critical condition after bullets flew during what police say was a domestic dispute inside a Washington Heights home Tuesday night, according to authorities.
The shooting unfolded around 8:21 p.m. inside a residence in the 12200 block of South Ada Street, when two men opened fire on each other, the Chicago Sun-Times reported. The 23-year-old was rushed to Christ Medical Center in critical condition. Police said a firearm was recovered inside the home. The investigation is ongoing, and as of Tuesday night, no one was in custody, according to the paper.
