Le told the Houston Chronicle he is aiming to open the Gulf Freeway location by September. He said the new restaurant will come in at about 2,500 square feet and seat roughly 70 people, a step up from the Bellaire original. "We're in a beef country, so, you know, you have to add in the good cut, right?" he said. According to the Chronicle, this marks his first Houston expansion after launching the Bellaire restaurant with a partner about two years ago.
