Two teenagers are fighting for their lives after a late-Monday-night shooting in northwest Harris County that turned a neighborhood intersection into an active crime scene, authorities said.
Deputies responded to reports of gunfire near the intersection of Remington Ridge Drive and Remington Bend Drive, where they found two wounded teens. Both victims were rushed to nearby hospitals in critical condition, according to officials.

According to FOX 26 Houston, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a post on X that deputies located two teenagers, believed to be about 15 and 18 years old, suffering from gunshot wounds at the scene. Both were transported to hospitals and remain in critical condition, the sheriff said.
Detectives have not publicly identified any suspects or released a possible motive. Investigators are processing the area and working to piece together what led up to the gunfire, while information from witnesses is still being gathered.
