Police described the suspect as a White or Hispanic man about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 120 pounds, with bushy hair and thin eyebrows. Witnesses told officers he looked like a "Justin Bieber look-alike." At the time, he was wearing a white T-shirt with red paint, black pants and a black crossbody bag. Authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward, according to CBS San Francisco.
