The singer gave patient Israel Preciado a Lego set and a board game during the visit, and even sang him a song, according to his family.

The visit was confirmed by the hospital, according to KRON4. Jess Berthold, lead communications officer for UCSF, confirmed Karol G's stop at Benioff Children's Hospital on behalf of the hospital. Preciado told the station that Karol G was kind and amazing, and the singer also hugged his family during her time on the ward.

Another family got an unexpected moment with the star as well. Jessica Zaragoza's daughter is a patient at Benioff Children's Hospital, and Karol G helped Zaragoza record a shout-out for her niece, who Zaragoza says is one of the singer's biggest fans.
