Humble’s latest caffeine contender is officially in the game. Inspiration Coffee House opened its new location on Feb. 14 at 8022 FM 1960 Road E, bringing an artisanal drink lineup, hand-laminated croissants and a rotating dessert case to one of the area’s busiest corridors. The owners are pitching the spot as both a neighborhood café and a wholesale hub for other local businesses, giving the FM 1960 strip one more breakfast-and-pastry stop to work into the morning routine.
According to Community Impact, the Feb. 14 launch was announced on the shop’s Facebook page, where owners highlighted a menu built around handcrafted croissants, specialty coffee and artisanal desserts. Community Impact also notes the Humble address and reports that the business is set up to supply wholesale goods to cafes and other customers.
Pastries And Beverages Up Front
The café’s online menu leans hard into pastry, with classic butter and almond croissants, pain au chocolat and pistachio New York rolls sharing space with bomboloni and alfajores. Paired with that is a full espresso lineup and specialty lattes. Inspiration Coffeehouse lists many of these items as available for pickup and local delivery, which should appeal to office orders and home hosts who prefer not to turn on the oven.
A Growing FM 1960 Coffee Scene
The newcomer is joining a slowly thickening field of independent coffee spots in the area. Last fall, Community Impact covered the debut of Be Humble Coffee Co. in downtown Humble, pointing to a rising appetite for specialty cafes. For commuters and nearby residents, every new in-house bakery and boutique espresso bar adds another alternative to the national chains lined up along FM 1960.
Wholesale, Partnerships And Next Steps
The business’s website highlights wholesale services and an online storefront, suggesting the owners plan to work with other cafes and small businesses while still serving walk-up customers at the counter. The About page on Inspiration Coffeehouse lists a contact number for orders and inquiries at (832) 746-9149.
For now, the emphasis appears to be on pastry and building out that wholesale base. If the croissants taste as good as they look in the photos, Inspiration Coffee House could quickly become a regular stop. In the meantime, Humble residents have one more small-batch option along FM 1960 to test on their next coffee run.
