
An older woman in her mid-70s was killed in west Harris County after an adult man drove a vehicle into the front room of a home and pinned her, according to Harris County authorities. The deadly crash happened in the 21300 block of Rose Hollow Lane, where Precinct 5 deputies and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office victim-crisis team rushed to the scene and investigators remained on site into the evening.
What Officials Are Saying
According to Ed Gonzalez on X, Precinct 5 deputies responded after an adult male drove into the front room of a residence and pinned an older adult female who lived there. She was later confirmed dead at the scene. Gonzalez also said the HCSO Victim Crisis Division responded to assist.
As of the latest update, officials have not said whether anyone is in custody or whether any charges have been filed in connection with the crash.

The 21300 block of Rose Hollow Lane is in the Westgreen Park neighborhood of Katy in west Harris County, according to local property listings. The street is lined with suburban single-family homes not far from I-10 and several Katy ISD schools.
