Officers were called to the area near St. Clair Avenue and East 71st Street early Monday after reports of shots being fired. One person was taken to a hospital, though their condition was not immediately released, FOX 8 Cleveland reported. Police placed evidence markers around shell casings on the sidewalk and kept the lot taped off while detectives processed the scene.
