A late-night police chase through a Sun Valley neighborhood pulled a heavy Los Angeles Police Department response Thursday, as officers tracked two people into the 11000 block of Arminta Street. One of them was believed to be armed, so supervisors called in K-9 units and set up a perimeter around the area.
