
Boston police are turning to the public after a violent early-morning assault near Faneuil Hall left one person seriously injured. The attack happened around 3:15 a.m. Sunday in the Faneuil Hall area, and investigators have released photos of a man they say may be connected to the case. Detectives are still working the investigation and are urging anyone who knows something to speak up.
According to NBC Boston, police classified the incident as an assault and battery with serious bodily injury and released two photos of the man they are trying to identify. Investigators said the suspect appears to be between 40 and 50 years old and was wearing a white top, dark-colored pants and brown shoes. The images are being circulated as officers canvass the downtown area for leads.
