In a public alert, Mansfield State Police described the suspect as a white man last seen in a green hooded sweatshirt, dark shorts, white socks, and white sneakers. He is suspected of multiple robberies in New York, according to WENY. The alert included a photo released by Pennsylvania State Police to help the public recognize him. Troopers say the manhunt remains active as investigators chase leads in both Pennsylvania and New York.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police Mansfield barracks at 570-662-2151 or dial 911. Suspicious-activity reports can also be submitted through PSP's See Something Send Something app. Troopers stress that the public should not try to approach the man and should instead report locations, times and vehicle descriptions to investigators.
