Owners say the roughly 1,200-square-foot space will include a sizable backyard patio and an ambitious bottle program built around wines that are meant to be both approachable and collectible.

The plan is to stock a bottle list of roughly 250 to 300 labels, plus about 20 to 25 wines by the glass. Guests can also expect beer, low-ABV cocktails and a tight food menu focused on cheeses and snacky bar bites.
