The crash happened on the 9900 block of Haldeman Avenue when the rider struck a curb and was thrown into a wall, according to NBC10 Philadelphia. Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small told reporters the rider appeared to be traveling "very fast," and investigators are looking into whether another motorcycle might have been present during the incident.
