An everyday U-turn on Pulaski Highway turned deadly for an 85-year-old Kingsville man, who died after his car was hit by another vehicle, and a second person was left injured. Medics rushed him to the hospital, where he died the following day, according to county police.
According to WMAR-2 News, Baltimore County police say the crash happened on June 26. Investigators report that 85-year-old Karl Pfrommer was driving a Subaru Outback on the westbound side of Pulaski Highway in Kingsville when he attempted a U-turn to head eastbound. As he made the maneuver, an oncoming Honda Odyssey struck the Subaru.
Pfrommer was taken to the hospital after the collision and died on June 27, police said. A passenger in the Honda was also injured and is expected to survive. As of the latest public update, investigators have not identified an official cause of the crash.
