According to The Courier Express, Extreme Japanese expects to start service this Tuesday and will keep daily hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The outlet also reports the restaurant will be BYOB, and that hibachi dishes will be prepared in the kitchen rather than at tables because of ventilation and space limitations.
