Units in Phase Three range from compact studios to three-bedroom homes. Rosewood’s figures put average sizes at roughly 570 square feet for studios, about 789 square feet for one-bedrooms, 1,156 square feet for two-bedrooms and 1,483 square feet for three-bedrooms. According to Rosewood Property Company, the new phase brings another pool and pool house, a rooftop deck, indoor and outdoor fitness options, a dog park and a clubhouse that includes a library and fireplace. The amenity package is laid out to link the new buildings with the community’s walking trails and preserved live oaks, so residents are not just staring at the trees, they are walking under them.
Design, builders and financing
The project’s architecture and site planning were handled by WDG Architecture, with landscape design from LandDesign and interiors by B2 Design Co., while civil engineering came from Westwood. Blackland Partners, which still shows up under the former Provident General Contractors name on some materials, is listed as the general contractor for Phase Three, and InterBank provided construction financing. Leasing for the new phase is under way, and listings show move-in availability on the property’s leasing site and major apartment portals.
