A tip from Troy police this week ended with a Washington Township home raid and a 45-year-old Macomb County man jailed on a stack of child sex abuse-related felonies. Brock Delia-Shea was arrested on Thursday, then arraigned yesterday on more than a dozen charges. His bond was set at $500,000 cash, and he remains in the Macomb County Jail while investigators keep digging into the case.
Arrest followed a tip from Troy police
According to ClickOnDetroit, Troy police notified Macomb County authorities that Delia-Shea was allegedly in possession of child sexually abusive material and had sexually assaulted a minor on more than one occasion. Investigators executed a search warrant at his Washington Township residence, then secured an arraignment on two counts of aggravated child sexually abusive material; one count of child sexually abusive activity, four counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive activity; five counts of using a computer to commit a crime; one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes; and one count of aggravated indecent exposure.

Under Michigan law, child sexually abusive activity and material are treated as high-level felonies that come with heavy prison time.
