The Georgetown entry appears alongside new flagship stores planned for Chicago and San Francisco.
Industry watchers say this is not a small commitment. As reported by Commercial Observer, Uniqlo signed a roughly 22,000-square-foot lease for the former J.Crew bay at Jamestown's Georgetown Park, a clear signal that big-format retail still has juice on this stretch of M Street.
