According to The Sacramento Bee, Yuba City police received a report on May 26 about a sexual assault involving a juvenile and say the incident occurred in late April. Investigators collected digital evidence, interviewed witnesses and served search warrants before obtaining and carrying out an arrest warrant on Tuesday. The suspect was booked into the Sutter County Jail on suspicion of rape of an intoxicated person, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger, child endangerment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
