A man walking along West Street in Annapolis was confronted by two bicycle-riding suspects, one of whom allegedly pulled a folding knife before the pair took off with his money and property.
Officers responded around 5:35 p.m. Thursday to the 2100 block of West Street for a reported citizen robbery, according to Fox Baltimore. The victim told police that two men approached him on bicycles, with one suspect pointing a knife while the second allegedly stole his belongings.
The suspects fled the area on their bicycles before officers arrived, and no arrests have been announced. Southern District detectives are investigating the robbery, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.
Police Release Descriptions And Ask For Tips
Police described one suspect as a white man in his mid-to-late 30s, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, wearing a white shirt and sweatpants. The second suspect was described as a Black man in his mid-to-late 30s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a black shirt and shorts, per an Anne Arundel County Police alert.
