Bee Healthy Cafe, the Oklahoma City-based healthy fast-casual chain, is gearing up for a branding experiment that could change how some of its locations look and how they market themselves. Company leaders plan to convert the Quail Springs location to a Nature’s Table outlet as part of a staged rollout beginning Aug. 1. Executives say the shift is meant to tighten operations and support a push into new markets while keeping the brand’s core menu strengths intact.
Quail Springs Will Flip To Nature’s Table
As reported by The Oklahoman, the Quail Springs Parkway store is scheduled to complete its conversion to a Nature’s Table location on Aug. 1, with the company set to track customer data monthly after the switch. Company leaders told the paper this Quail Springs move will be the first full-store transition designed to test whether Nature’s Table branding performs better in certain neighborhoods than the Bee Healthy name.
Part Of A Bigger Rollup
Fast Fresh Brands, the multi-brand parent company that includes Bee Healthy Cafe, acquired Orlando-based Nature’s Table in 2025 and has been pursuing franchise deals across Florida and other states, according to industry reports. Nation’s Restaurant News noted the acquisition and reported that the pairing gives Fast Fresh Brands a broader multi-market footprint it can use to scale similar menus more quickly.
Why Leaders Say The Shift Makes Sense
Company data shared with The Oklahoman suggested that “preliminary diner data indicates the name 'Bee Healthy' deters some diners while 'Nature's Table' evokes fresh feelings.” Executives told the outlet that operations between the two concepts are roughly 65% aligned and that core menus are about 80% similar, which they say makes selective rebrands operationally realistic without upending what regulars already order.
What Customers Will Notice
Leaders emphasize that this move is about brand positioning more than a total culinary overhaul. Guests should expect product-quality upgrades and modest menu tweaks rather than a completely different lineup. Bee Healthy’s own press materials and store listings show the chain still operating multiple Oklahoma City-area locations while the company prepares the Quail Springs test as a signal for potential future moves, with the company announcement and store listings outlining current sites.
Florida Expansion Shapes Strategy
Fast Fresh Brands has been actively growing Nature’s Table franchise deals in Florida, and those franchise plans will factor into whether a broader consolidation between the concepts makes sense. Fast Casual covered CEO Cody Pepper’s rationale for pairing the two brands as a way to accelerate growth both inside and outside Oklahoma.
Cindy and Amir Alavi founded Bee Healthy, which has grown to more than a dozen locations across the Oklahoma City area, according to company materials. The Quail Springs conversion is being framed as a data-driven pilot, with company leaders saying that monthly tracking of sales and guest feedback after Aug. 1 will determine whether Nature’s Table branding gets rolled out to additional stores.
