An early-morning call in north Harris County has turned into a mystery after an unidentified woman was found dead outside a vacant trailer on Saturday. Deputies and emergency medical crews were dispatched to the 1100 block of Blue Bell Road at about 3:11 a.m., and paramedics pronounced the woman deceased at 3:51 a.m. Neighbors described the trailer as unoccupied, and witnesses at the scene said they did not recognize the woman.
Investigators say a witness reported stepping away from the immediate area for roughly 20 minutes and discovering the woman when he returned. Authorities told FOX 26 Houston that, so far, they have found no evidence of foul play, and the medical examiner will determine the official cause of death.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office is leading the investigation and has not released the woman's identity.
