The chain lists the Elk Grove restaurant at 8190 Elk Grove Blvd and tags the location as “Now Open” on its locations page, which also includes contact details for the new spot, according to Yard House. The Village retail project is taking shape along Elk Grove Boulevard near Big Horn Drive as a roughly 110,000 to 112,000 square foot shopping center.
Ribbon Cutting and Local Welcome
The Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce helped officially break things in with a ribbon cutting, and local leaders are treating the arrival as part of a broader retail buildout along the corridor, as reported by the Elk Grove Citizen. General Manager Matt Russell told the paper that Elk Grove’s “up-and-coming DNA” made the city a natural fit for the brand’s expansion plans.
A Beer Garden Pilot
This Yard House location is also pulling double duty as a testing ground, rolling out an outdoor beer garden design that includes synthetic turf, picnic-style seating and a full outdoor bar as a pilot for future restaurants, the Elk Grove Citizen reports. “Just the outdoor seating is something new for our concept,” Russell said, adding that the company expects to bring the layout to other sites if it performs well here.

Yard House promotes a large, rotating draft beer lineup, and the brand’s site describes its draft selection as among the largest in casual dining.
