Bell Boulevard just scored a fresh caffeine boost. Mi Mundo Coffeehouse & Roastery has quietly slipped into Cedar Park, opening a new shop that has been pouring coffee, tea, and a small food menu since spring. The Round Rock-based roastery's latest outpost gives Bell Boulevard Town Center another independent option in a corridor that keeps getting busier by the month.
The Cedar Park location, the company’s third storefront, officially opened April 18 at 251 N. Bell Blvd., Ste. 115, owner Rahul Bhosale told Community Impact. The outlet reports that the shop serves organic coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and a compact food menu featuring baked goods, tamales, and breakfast tacos. “We are excited to bring flavors from around the world to our local community,” Bhosale told the paper.
The brand started in downtown Round Rock, where it roasts small batches of beans sold both in-store and online, according to the company’s site. Mi Mundo Coffeehouse & Roastery lists its downtown address and links to an online Shopify shop where customers can order fair-trade bags of the house roast.
What They Serve
The Cedar Park counter leans into the classics: organic drip coffee, espresso drinks, teas, matcha, and a mix of pastries and savory breakfast staples. Coverage from Community Impact highlights tamales and breakfast tacos among the offerings, while delivery platforms show the Cedar Park menu available for pickup and delivery through DoorDash.
A Local Roaster's Growth
Mi Mundo’s Cedar Park debut follows a busy stretch for the roaster. Earlier this year, the company also opened a second Round Rock outpost inside an H‑E‑B Plus, a move Round the Rock says makes the brand easier to find while running errands. The expansion tracks with a broader Central Texas pattern of local roasters popping up in suburban shopping corridors as demand for specialty coffee keeps climbing.
The Cedar Park shop appears on major delivery platforms and stocks the same bagged beans the roastery sells online, giving locals multiple ways to get their fix. For current hours and the latest menu lineup, check the company’s site or its listings on DoorDash and Uber Eats.
