Plano-based Torq offers full-stack product and software engineering, data and analytics, and enterprise digital-delivery services that line up neatly with Sendero's consulting work. Founder Bret Farrar told the Dallas Business Journal the acquisition is aimed at expanding Sendero's delivery capacity for AI-enabled solutions and opening doors to national accounts.
