Channel 11 crews saw officers from multiple departments, their guns drawn, as they locked down the scene. “I woke up this morning to, like, banging outside,” one neighbor told WPXI. Officials said police were called to the area at about 6:30 AM, and a second victim was reportedly still inside the suspect’s vehicle when it was located.
