The restaurant is planned for 3311 W. Columbus Drive, where submitted plan review documents show the new concept moving forward, according to WhatNow Tampa. Owner Maria told the outlet that Dishin Delish is expected to open in the coming weeks.
Latin-American Fare With A Fusion Twist
Dishin Delish is being billed as a small, health-focused Latin-American restaurant serving lunch alongside a fusion of American dishes. That leaves the menu details mostly under wraps for now, but the concept suggests a mix of familiar comfort-food formats and Latin flavors rather than a large, formal dining operation.
The business itself is already active on paper. Records from the Florida Division of Corporations list Dishin Delish Kitchen Inc. as an active Florida profit corporation, with Maria A. Leal listed as president and the Columbus Drive site listed as its principal address.

Dishin Delish will join a stretch of nearby food businesses that includes Caribbean Twist, Sazón Criollo, Guanabo Coffee Shop and Chiles Mexican Restaurant. As WhatNow Tampa reported, the new restaurant is positioning itself as a neighborhood-sized operation with lunch service and a broad Latin-fusion identity.
