The business has rolled out plans for the Orchard, a two-story open-air event venue that would turn part of its greenhouse area into a dedicated hall for weddings and other gatherings. The farm says the larger footprint would let it host bigger crowds and could shake up how Harvest Fest and other seasonal weekends are scheduled, but it still needs formal approval from village officials before any construction can start.
According to The Freeman, the Orchard is planned as a 9,600-square-foot, two-story open-air structure featuring a grand staircase, two private bridal suites, a large hearth and a 20-foot bar. The report notes that garage-style doors would let the space open directly to the orchard when the weather cooperates or close things up when it does not, with interior areas kept comfortable by central air.

In an announcement on its website, The Elegant Farmer outlines a planned groundbreaking on Nov. 1, 2026 and an expected opening on June 1, 2027, with room for up to 250 guests. The farm describes the Orchard as the result of a full restructuring of its greenhouse space, pitched as a way to better serve customers who travel in for harvest-season events and private celebrations.
