Menus, hours and the room

The menu sticks to the brand's all-day comfort play, with its house-made granola weaving through starters, salads and even pasta. Dishes include Sweet Potato Pancakes and a Parmesan-crusted avocado grilled cheese. "Madison Avenue has incredible energy, people who move with purpose and know what they want," co-founder Julie Mountain said in the announcement via PR Newswire. The release also highlights a cocktail program and nightly pasta specials designed to keep the room humming from morning through evening.

The Granola Bar started in Westport, Connecticut, and has been steadily expanding across the tri-state area. The company signed a long-term lease at 330 Madison in early 2024, positioning the brand for a high-visibility Midtown address. As reported by Mann Report, that deal secured an L-shaped space with wraparound frontage that suits both dine-in and to-go formats, which helps explain the two-concept approach on the same block.

Both new spots will stock The Granola Bar's line of house-made CPG items, including flavored granolas and snack bars, so commuters can grab packaged goods along with prepared food. Many of those flavors and branded merch are already available online through The Granola Bar shop. Between private-dining options at the flagship and the Takeaway's early-morning hours, the company is aiming to plug into every part of Midtown's daily routine.

For office workers and travelers funneling through Grand Central, the side-by-side concepts promise a sit-down refuge and a fast counter in the same orbit. Expect morning traffic at the Takeaway and evening reservation requests at the flagship as the summer wears on.
