The closure plan and remodel timeline were first detailed by Community Impact, which reports that general manager Tim Hardy confirmed the project and that the announcement came via a Facebook post. “We can't wait to welcome you back to a refreshed space that honors everything you've loved while bringing something new for the future,” the business wrote, according to the post shared with the outlet.

Flips has long served as a local standby for made-from-scratch burgers, hand-cut fries and a roomy patio that keeps regulars lingering.
