Three men are on the run after an armed stickup in the Bronx early Sunday, when police say they yanked a driver out of his car at a red light and sped off in his ride.
The victim, a 40-year-old man, told police he was stopped at Webster Avenue and East 184th Street when three suspects walked up, flashed guns and robbed him of his cellphone, a gold chain and about $140. Authorities say the crew then took off in the victim’s black 2021 Mercedes-Benz, which was later found nearby.

According to a NYPD Crime Stoppers post, the robbery went down around 12:35 a.m. on June 28 in the NYPD’s 46th Precinct. The bulletin states that three unidentified males forcibly pulled the 40-year-old victim from his vehicle, displayed firearms and stole his cellphone, a gold chain and roughly $140.
The post adds that the suspects then fled in the victim’s black 2021 Mercedes-Benz. Crime Stoppers says tips that lead to an arrest and indictment in the case may be eligible for a reward of up to $3,500.
