Afternoon gunfire tore through a West Baltimore block Tuesday, leaving a 19-year-old man dead and an 18-year-old fighting for his life, authorities said. Medics rushed both victims to local hospitals, where the 19-year-old was later pronounced dead.
Officers with the Baltimore Police Department responded to the 2800 block of West Lanvale Street just before 3:30 p.m., according to WBAL. When they arrived, officers found both men suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victims were taken to area hospitals, and the older teen did not survive, the outlet reported.
