The post identified 70-year-old Jose Alvarez as the subject of a federal arrest, noting that he was booked into the Sacramento County Jail, and named Pamela Kelley and Santiago Gomez as co-conspirators who were arrested on state drug-related charges and booked into Yuba County Jail. Officials reported that investigators seized approximately 0.5 kilograms of heroin during the sweep.
