A 29-year-old man is facing a felony charge after Harris County Precinct 4 deputies said he entered a residence and stole property during an incident on the 15200 block of Estrella West Monday. The arrest puts a home-burglary case on the docket in north Harris County.
The office identified the suspect as Josiah James, who was born January 31, 1997. According to a Wednesday update from the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, James was arrested, booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with burglary of a habitation; bond was set at $10,000 by the 496th District Court.
