A Chester County man died after his car collided head-on with a FedEx truck in Richmond Township on July 20, turning an ordinary drive near Reading into a fatal crash scene, authorities said.
Officials identified the victim as 47-year-old Dante Enrique Felipe of West Fallowfield Township. His car and the FedEx truck collided near the intersection of Keller and Park roads in Berks County.
