A Hunts Point estate has joined Washington’s very small club of eight-figure home sales, changing hands for $21.2 million and landing among the state’s biggest residential deals of 2026. The sale is the fourth-most expensive home transaction recorded in Washington so far this year.

As reported by Puget Sound Business Journal, the rare property was sold this week in the Lake Washington enclave. Real estate records reviewed by the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce show a sale date last Thursday and a recording date Friday; the seller was identified as 4019 Hunts Point LLC, while the buyer was not disclosed.

Another Trophy-Home Deal Lands On Hunts Point Road

The transaction adds to a remarkable run of luxury sales around the Eastside. A separate Hunts Point estate sold for $38 million in April, though that deal still trails Washington’s residential record: Jeff Bezos’ former Hunts Point property sold for $63 million in 2025, according to the Downtown Bellevue Network.

The latest property had previously been marketed for $43 million in listings dating to 2022 and 2023, before those listings were removed, according to Realtor.com property records. The eventual closing price shows just how wide the gap can be between trophy-home expectations and what a buyer is ultimately willing to pay in the region’s rarefied luxury market.
