A late-night fistfight behind Don's Restaurant on 4th Street in Marysville turned deadly Tuesday, leaving one man dead at the scene and another booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of first-degree manslaughter.
What police say
Marysville police said the two men knew each other and started fighting behind the restaurant at about 10:30 p.m., according to KIRO 7. During the scuffle, one of the men went unresponsive.
Officers found him behind Don's and tried lifesaving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene, the outlet reports. The other man was taken into custody and booked on a first-degree manslaughter allegation.
