A roaring late-night blaze tore through a Muskego construction site Sunday, sending a towering column of flames and smoke into the sky around 10:15 p.m. Witness video captured the fire at its peak and showed what looked like the charred shell of a structure as neighbors described a heavy emergency response working to knock the flames down.
According to TMJ4, Muskego Police Department officers pushed reporters back from the scene while they investigated, keeping the active area tightly controlled. The outlet reports that the cause of the fire, whether anyone was injured and the full extent of the damage all remain unknown, and that the fire department was contacted for comment.
