Harley-Davidson is turning up the volume on Labor Day weekend in Milwaukee. Rock legend Lita Ford and country-rap star Colt Ford will headline The RIDE Home, a four-day festival at the Harley-Davidson Museum running Sept. 3–6, 2026. The free, family-friendly outdoor celebration will spread across the museum campus with live music, bike shows, stunt programming and the museum’s Factory Outlet Sale.
According to Rich Kirchen of the Milwaukee Business Journal, hard-rock icon Lita Ford and country-rap artist Colt Ford are the first major musical names Harley-Davidson has confirmed for its new Labor Day weekend event.
What to expect
The RIDE Home is built as a four-day mashup of live bands, custom bikes and family-friendly action, with food and drinks flowing from the museum’s MOTOR restaurant. Lita Ford is slated to kick things off at the opening Bike Night, Colt Ford will top the bill on Friday night and Saturday evening will bring a headlining set from tribute act Noise Pollution.
Beyond the main stage, the weekend schedule includes a V-Twin Visionary ride-in custom bike show, the Big Unit Poker Run benefiting Fisher House Wisconsin, the Factory Outlet Sale and stunt programming such as the Urias Family Globe of Death. Organizers say the goal is to reconnect riders and locals on Harley-Davidson’s home campus. The full schedule and event details are listed on Harley-Davidson’s event page.
Smaller scale, same hometown focus
The RIDE Home steps in for the company’s larger Homecoming rally as Harley scales back its big Labor Day celebrations, a shift local business reporters connect to new leadership and a retooled events strategy. The Milwaukee Business Journal notes that Harley is moving toward a museum-centered, multi-day campus experience instead of the sprawling Homecoming format of previous years.
Practical details
The RIDE Home takes place at the Harley-Davidson Museum, 400 W. Canal St. The outdoor festival is free to attend, while admission to the museum itself is sold separately. As listed by Visit Milwaukee, the campus will host daytime ride-ins, dealer activations, vendor tents and evening music across all four days.
Harley-Davidson says more program details and activations will roll out through the summer and is encouraging fans to join its event list for updates. The latest schedule and sign-up options are available on Harley-Davidson’s event page.
