On Wednesday, authorities announced a sweeping set of arrests tied to the case. Agents say they moved in across the region, rounding up 15 suspects while one person remains at large, and seizing large quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, oxycodone, cash and multiple firearms.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Ohio says the case stems from a three-year investigation and centers on a superseding indictment filed July 8 that lays out 18 counts in federal court.
